        當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間27日，加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞省高等法院公布了孟晚舟引渡案的第一個(gè)判決結(jié)果，認(rèn)定華為公司副董事長(zhǎng)、首席財(cái)務(wù)官孟晚舟符合“雙重犯罪”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因此對(duì)她的引渡案將繼續(xù)審理，孟晚舟將留在加拿大參加后期的相關(guān)聽證，并等待新的審判結(jié)果。



        A Canadian court has ruled extradition proceedings against Meng Wanzhou can proceed.

        According to Justice Heather Holmes of British Columbia Supreme Court, the fraud charges against Meng satisfied the extradition requirement of "double criminality", meaning Meng is accused of the considered crime in Canada as well. 

        所謂雙重犯罪原則（principle of double criminality），又稱相同原則，是指可引渡的犯罪必須是請(qǐng)求引渡國(guó)家和被請(qǐng)求引渡國(guó)家雙方都認(rèn)為是犯罪的行為。

        孟晚舟當(dāng)天出庭并聽取法庭所做的判決。

        據(jù)此，引渡案將進(jìn)入下一階段，孟晚舟的律師將轉(zhuǎn)而申辯孟在溫哥華機(jī)場(chǎng)被捕時(shí)其人權(quán)被侵犯。

        The next procedures will be Meng's lawyers continuing to fight the extradition order.

        Huawei is disappointed in the ruling today by the Supreme Court of British Columbia. We have repeatedly expressed confidence in Meng's innocence. Huawei continues to stand with Ms. Meng in her pursuit for justice and freedom.

        我們希望加拿大的司法體系最終能還孟女士清白。孟女士的律師團(tuán)隊(duì)將不懈努力，確保正義得到伸張。
        We expect Canada's judicial system will ultimately prove Meng's innocence.
